Shipping Fees
Orders of £99 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under £99, a flat shipping fee of £6 applies.
Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing Time
Standard Products
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order and Large Items
Made-to-order products, including custom curtains and blinds, and large items, such as mattresses and compressed sofas, typically take 14–18 business days to process before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to weather and courier delays.
Delivery Partners
We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and UPS for standard products. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
